At Keychron Polska, we want you to be fully satisfied with your high-performance mechanical keyboard. If you change your mind, you can return your unused product within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Ensure the keyboard and all accessories, including keycap pullers and cables, are placed back in their original, undamaged packaging.

  Ship the Item

  Send the package to our warehouse address provided in the confirmation email using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the device for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
